Job Description
Radford University is seeking a new 15 hour a week Title IV-E Child Welfare Stipend Grant Program Support Coordinator to assist with the administration and coordination of the Title IV-E Child Welfare Stipend Grant Program. This program aims to support students pursuing a career in child welfare, within the Local Department of Social Services in Virginia, by providing stipends in exchange for a commitment to work in the field after graduation. This is an ongoing position for the life of the grant.
Primarily remote position with occasional in-person meetings (1–2 times per semester) at Radford University’s main campus in Radford, VA.
Required Qualifications
At least three years of experience within Child Welfare at a Local Department of Social Services within the State of Virginia.
Preferred Qualifications:
Virginia Licensed Clinical Social Worker, graduate of the Title IV-E Child Welfare Stipend Program.
