Job Description
Reporting to the Account Resolution & Outreach Manager, the Account Resolution Specialist provides high-quality customer service and performs daily student account maintenance with oversight to collections, student refunds and other duties as required. Additionally, this position will also perform accounting functions that require a thorough knowledge of departmental operations.
Required Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with Banner and Nelnet
• Student accounts, collection, or accounts receivable experience in a higher education workplace setting.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with other departments and diverse stakeholders in a dynamic higher education environment.
• Education and training in accounting or a related field with an accounting certificate preferred or multiple years of applicable accounting/higher education experience.
