Job Summary

Position is responsible for the daily coordination of Residential Life facilities, including residence halls and university operated apartments. Position facilitates maintenance and housekeeping needs, maintains key control, assists with budget planning, oversees FF&E inventory and fixed asset management, plans for facilities improvement, promotes safety and fire safety, and supervises student work crews.

Required Qualifications

Strong verbal and written skills. Ability to work autonomously. Ability to be a problem-solver and to exercise exemplary decision-making and problem-resolution skills. Experience compiling reports and Microsoft office applications. Demonstrated collaboration with multiple departments or individuals. Strong customer service skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with maintenance issues and/or experience with University housing. Previous experience working with facilities management, preferred in University Residential environment. Experience working in a team environment. Previous supervision experience. Experience working with budgets. Familiarity with fire safety requirements. Experience working with college-age students
